annual pilgrimages to kyoto (japan) and lhasa (tibet)

Each spring and late autumn SAIA brings students and pilgrims to the temples and sacred places of Kyoto, with visits to Mt. Hiei, Temple Street, and the many garden temples to view spring cherry blossoms and autumn maple leaves, with a Zen retreat.
